More than one gospel - Paul’s different gospel

Paul convinces us that his gospel is different than the kingdom gospel the 12 were preaching. Yes, there are similarities in Peter’s and Paul’s gospel, such as both included Jesus and and that He was of the seed of David. (The “gospel of God” Rom. 1:1, I Pet. 4:17). But faith in what about Jesus? Peter = Jesus was the Christ, Paul = believe in Jesus’ DBR. What is similar does not negate that which is different and visa versa. All people have noses, ears and mouths but all people do not look the same. There still are differences, even though there are similarities.

9. Paul’s gospel was not made known in other ages (time) or generations (people) Col 1:26

10. Paul’s gospel included the DBR, Peter’s didn’t I Cor 15:1-4

11. Paul’s gospel was partly spoken by the prophets – only the DBR Rom 16:26

12. Paul’s gospel brought in the body of Christ – never spoken of before Eph 3:6-8
